We keep application and enquiry records for as long as your application is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to respond to follow-up questions, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying elements. You may ask us to delete information earlier, subject to any records we are required to keep.

The website is served over HTTPS and application data is stored in access-controlled systems. Access is limited to staff and authorised representatives who need the information to perform their work.
