1. Scope of our services
YS Global Study helps students identify study options in China, prepare application documents, submit applications to selected universities and scholarship programmes, and communicate with institutions during the admission process. The exact services provided to you may be confirmed in a separate written agreement or service confirmation.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and current information in your application.
- Upload genuine documents that you are entitled to use, and keep original copies for verification.
- Respond to requests for additional information or documents within the deadlines communicated to you.
- Review the university, programme and scholarship details before confirming an application.
- Comply with the laws of China and the country in which you currently reside.
Applications may be delayed or refused if information is inaccurate, incomplete or submitted after a deadline. We are not responsible for decisions caused by incorrect information supplied by an applicant.
3. University decisions and deadlines
Universities, scholarship bodies and government authorities make all admission, scholarship and visa decisions. Deadlines, required documents, tuition and scholarship conditions are set by those institutions and may change. We cannot guarantee an outcome or a particular processing time.
4. Fees and payments
Any service fees, application fees, tuition deposits or other charges will be explained to you before payment. Payment methods and processing rules are described in our Payment Policy. Tuition and accommodation charges are normally paid directly to the university unless we tell you otherwise in writing. Please keep receipts for every payment.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the stage of your application and on the rules of the university or scholarship provider. Where a service fee applies, the refund terms will be confirmed in your service agreement before you pay. Fees paid directly to a university or a third party are subject to that institution’s own refund policy.
6. Documents and information
We use the documents you provide only to support your enquiry and application, as described in our Privacy Policy. You should not upload original irreplaceable documents. We may share your documents with the universities, scholarship providers and authorised representatives involved in your application.
7. Communication
By submitting an application or enquiry, you agree that we may contact you by email, telephone, WhatsApp or other messaging service about your application and related services. Please tell us promptly if your contact details change.
8. Third-party services
We may rely on third parties for website hosting, file storage, email delivery, payment processing and document translation or notarisation. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third parties outside our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with the application service is limited to the service fees you paid to us for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities, travel costs or losses caused by university or government decisions.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Wuhan, Hubei, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
